A recent simulation highlighted the air supremacy of the United States, revealing that the country has the largest and most powerful military fleet in the world, with more than 13,000 aircraft.

The American Air Force comfortably leads international rankings, followed by three other branches of the same country: Navy, Army, and Marines, which also appear among the five most powerful forces in the world. The evaluation, based on the TruVal Rating index, takes into account not only the number of planes but also the quality of the equipment and the support infrastructure.

Although China and India have larger armies in terms of active soldiers, the USA maintains strategic military presence with about 1.3 million active members and another 700,000 in the reserve. The country consists of six armed branches, including the recently created Space Force.

This robust structure, combined with air dominance, allows the USA to project military power simultaneously in different regions of the world, a crucial factor amid tensions with countries such as Russia, Iran, and China.

Besides air power, the USA also shares with Russia the top spot on the list of nuclear arsenals, jointly controlling about 90% of global atomic warheads. Washington has about 3,700 warheads, while Moscow has more than 4,300. China, in third place, appears with approximately 600 nuclear weapons, followed by France, the United Kingdom, India, Pakistan, Israel, and North Korea.
